The Tudor Bar is located on the ground floor in the main building of the Hotel, you will be impressed with the original decor and the preservation of the original open log fire, which is lit on a daily basis during those Winter months.
We have an extensive wine list, draught beer and a wide range of spirits; we offer a relaxed and intimate atmosphere for those unforgettable nights.
The lounge and bar menu has been designed to complement the beverage options and options range from a hearty homemade steak and ale pie to light bites and homemade sandwiches, all food is served on a daily basis from Midday till 8.00pm.
On a Sunday, why not come and experience our Sunday Carvery, served from 12.00pm till 3.00pm, every Sunday. The Boship (Lions) Farm Hotel currently has 45 en suite bedroom’s and these range from Singles, Twin, Double and Family rooms and come with views of the grounds.
All bedrooms have en suite facilities and feature a flat screen TV, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, towels and hospitality tray, upon request we can provide irons and ironing boards. Some rooms do have a walk in shower, if this is required, please advise upon making your reservation. With regret, we are unable to accommodate dogs, other than guide dogs by prior arrangement.
The Hotel has wifi in all bedrooms and public areas and is free of charge to our residents.

The Hotel has 4 function rooms available – The Tudor Lounge, Sussex Room, Willow Room and Oak Room. Whether you are looking for a private room to conduct interviews to a formal dinner and dance we can certainly accommodate your party.
The Tudor Lounge, located next to Reception at the front of the Hotel, this is an intimate space to conduct interviews or have a smaller meeting, with the maximum capacity of 8 people with a boardroom style this is one of our popular rooms to hire
Sussex Room, located on the ground floor at the front of the hotel with disabled access available. This room is our most popular room and caters for networking events, private dinners, meetings for up to 30 people and is a licensed room for Weddings ceremonies.
Willow Room, located on the first floor of the annex barn building, this room has its own toilet facilities and bar area. This room is suitable to hold a function that will last all day and we can accommodate an area for a luncheon buffet and tea/ coffee station.
Oak Room, located on the ground floor of the annex barn building with disabled access into the room. This is our largest function room at the Hotel, holding up to 150 people and is also a licensed room for Weddings. The Oak room is a self contained room with its own bar, toilet facilities and disabled facilities.

Weddings at the Boship Lions Farm Hotel are continually becoming known for their detailed and dedicated service, delectable dishes and picturesque grounds. With 3 function rooms, capacity to fit up to 130 guests for a ceremony, 100 guests for a seated Wedding Breakfast and 200 guests for an evening reception we are able to cater for larger weddings as well as smaller, more intimate weddings.
